We’ll connect as a small group LIVE on Zoom and as a group -or- privately on Slack between sessions, so you’re never on your own.

Hi, I’m Kirsten

I’ve combined my Yale Master’s Degree in Stage Management (read: professional organizer, planner and problem solver) with 6+ years of Coaching to bring the ultimate decision tools to the table.

I work with high-achieving, busy-brained people who want to take charge of their choices and enjoy their daily lives more.

We usually have some rules to rewrite that are leftover from their intense academic and/or professional past. They no longer want to subscribe to thinking like:

  • Suffering daily is kinda just part of the deal

  • Overworking is normal, especially without extra pay

  • Doing what I want would be selfish or impractical

If you want to make big things happen this month, but how you do it matters, you’re in the right place. We’ll keep you accountable without using all the tactics of yore that technically “got sh** done” but left you feeling depleted, scattered and blah.

    A lot of Coaching happens via Slack (using text / voice / video notes), so if you can get yourself there, you can get what you came for!

  • This program is best if you want a space to highlight ONE goal at a time. To guarantee yourself that time and energy will go to this goal (no matter what else is happening in life!)
